About the ASSIST Board of Directors

The ASSIST Board of Directors is responsible for guiding the development, management, and growth of ASSIST. It is made up of faculty, staff, and system office representatives from the University of California, California State University, and California Community Colleges. The California Postsecondary Education Commission (CPEC) and the ASSIST Coordination Site are also represented on the Board as ex-officio members.

In addition, the Board of Directors oversees two advisory committees: the Technical Advisory Committee and the Campus Advisory Committee. These subcommittees provide the Board with direction and advice on technical issues and user needs and concerns.
