ASSIST is the most visible of all the transfer-related resources and usage continues to increase. In January 2007, users looked at 863,731 ASSIST reports, while in January of 2008 users displayed 976,736 reports. More complete statistics are available at http://info.assist.org/db1.html.
The Articulation Maintenance System is used by universities to enter their articulation into ASSIST. The online help reflects the recent software changes and bug fixes.
Curriculum Data Reports are available to California Community College ASSIST Managers. Self-explanatory handouts describing these reports and their use are available to anyone who is interested.
We have made it possible for universities to provide their campus personnel with access to curriculum reports and a variety of articulation maintenance reports, such as articulation that is still in development. Please e-mail Dale Leaman at dale@assist.org for more information.
The Curriculum Update System is open for summer 2008 updates from Feb. 4, 2008, through Feb. 15, 2008. When the Curriculum Update System is closed, additional changes or updates can be entered using the Curriculum Additions and Changes form.
2007-2008 University of California Transferable Course Agreements for 53 California Community Colleges have been published.
2007-2008 IGETC lists for all of the California Community Colleges have been published.
2007-2008 UC Transfer Admissions Eligibility lists for all California Community Colleges have been published.
2007-2008 CSU Baccalaureate lists for all of the California Community Colleges have been published.
2007-2008 CSU GE-Breadth Certification lists for all California Community Colleges have been published.
2000-2008 CSU US History, Constitution, and American Ideals lists for all California Community Colleges have been published.
OSCAR is used by California Community Colleges to submit courses for UC transferability, IGETC qualification, CSU GE-Breadth qualification, CSU American Ideals qualification, and LDTP TCSU Identifier qualification. OSCAR is now open for the 2008 cycle. We offer monthly training sessions for OSCAR: All sessions are from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and are conducted as online meetings with a conference call. OSCAR training dates for 2008 will be announced soon.
The ASSIST Information Center is the source of information for those involved in maintaining data in ASSIST and for anyone interested in ASSIST in general. The URL for this site is http://info.assist.org.
We are continuing to provide monthly updates to extracts of IGETC, CSU GE-Breadth Certification, CSU Baccalaureate, and UC TCA data, as well as data from articulation agreements. This data is used for degree audit and other systems on university campuses. The most recent set of curriculum-related data extracts are made available on the fifth day of each month.

CAN data is still being displayed on the CSU Baccalaureate list and on articulation agreements at the discretion of the CSU campus.
The Explore Majors feature in ASSIST provides vital information for students who are choosing a major at a California university campus. Explore Majors includes CSU and UC majors.
