The ASSIST Maintenance Reports are special reports generated from the ASSIST database. These reports are accessible from a separate web site by clicking the link below. Access to the reports requires a user name and password provided by the ASSIST Coordination Site. There are three types of ASSIST Maintenance Reports: Curriculum Data, Articulation Data, and Other Data.
Curriculum reports are available to Campus ASSIST Managers at California Community Colleges and UC and CSU campuses. Curriculum reports display current and historical information about the courses offered at an institution as well as the course prefixes and department names used by the institution.
Articulation and Other Data reports are useful to articulation
officers responsible for entering articulation into ASSIST at UC and CSU
campuses. These reports are only available to the universities.
